SIXPAD Foot Fit 3 is a premium EMS foot trainer that strengthens the muscles used for walking — from the soles of your feet up to your calves. Simply place your feet on the device while sitting and let EMS do the work. The Heat version adds a built-in heating function that relaxes muscles and improves blood circulation for a more comfortable training experience.
How to Use
Sit comfortably, place bare feet on the electrodes. Use the remote control to select your program and intensity (25 levels). The 15-minute training program automatically transitions from warm-up to training to cool-down. The 12-minute conditioning program is also available.
