Description
How to Use
- Preparation: Always apply a generous layer of conductive medium (such as the specially formulated DJM serum or gel) to clean skin before use. Never operate the device on dry skin.
- Technique: Move the probe in upward and outward motions, following the natural contours of your face.
- Pacing: Keep the device moving smoothly. Do not hold the probe in a single spot for more than 5 seconds.
- Startup Routine: Once the device is turned on via the Smart App, ensure the cooling switch is initially turned OFF. Allow the device to run for 1 minute before switching the cooling system ON to begin your treatment.
- Progression: Start at intensity level 1 and gradually increase the settings (up to 10 levels) as your skin adapts.

Safety Note: Do not use on open wounds or active cystic acne. Avoid the thyroid gland (adam's apple) and the delicate area inside the orbital bone (eye sockets). Do not unplug the probe yourself.

- Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under the age of 18.
- Do not use if you have active implants (pacemakers), mechanical implants, sub-dermal fillers, or metal brackets/stents in the face and neck area.
- Not suitable for individuals undergoing anticoagulant therapy, or those with bleeding disorders, diabetes, epilepsy, severe cystic acne, open lesions, or Bell's Palsy.
- Do not use if you have taken Isotretinoin (Accutane) within the last two months.
